so here's a special feature on S H O P P I N G. MY shopping, to be exact. it all starts from the time i move to perth, and the new boarding place, and met my dearest housemates. ahh, the joy of buying high quality cheap stuffs! and the pain of looking at my financial records! all the red marks, KYAAAA! :')
no1 on my shopping list: BOOKS.
as you know, i have a passion for fiction, and books are definitely my cup of tea. in my home country, i'll buy jap mangas along with the fiction novels, but down here, they're just wayyyyyyyyyyy too expensive. i have been surviving solely from www.mangafox.com, especially after my other favorite onemanga.com removed all their releases! the shame! and here's my fave manga title:

the latest installment of the 'House of Night' series by the Casts, Awakened. OH MY GOD. the series is UH-mayzinggggg~. a DEFINITE must-read for all fiction, fantasy maniacs! NONE of the book in the series is lame. NIL. ZILCH, i tell ya, mates!
no2 on my list: CLOTHES.
for those of you who know me, you guys must be gaping oh-super-wide now. but believe me, it's real, darlings, it's real. i am now in LOVE with cardies and jackets and all that stuffs. oh and shorts! GAWD. in fact i just got this nice long vest, almost like a coat, sleeveless, made of khakis. and dang cheap too! and just got jeans shorts, complete with the belt of course too! and a pair of ruby shoes! not the vans, this spring's model! all for how much?? $29.90! KYAAA! :D :D i simply adore sporty fashions, nothing frilly ladies, just the sporty, casual, 'careless' look. the definition of the new era!

of course i still visit ally, chic-a-bootie, novo, betts and temt from time to time, but i am no big fan. these brands, they are affordable, nice wear and not bad, and they have what i'm looking for. THATS what's most important!
no3 on the list: TITIPAN aka things people want me to buy to bring home.
yesh, indeed. mommy and daddy and meme (my snobbish kiddie sister) and friends like to ask me to buy them stuffs to bring home. really, i don't mind. it adds to my sometimes blank-ish schedule, and as mom said 'gives me excuse to go out more often.' HAHAHA. in fact, here are some examples:
daddy: secondhand vynil records. (he's a big fan; that's why we have our own home thetre)
mommy: ipanema sandals (they're on sale~)
meme: food, ipanema, more food, CDs, food food food, any cutie stuffs, food, delicacies, anime figurines(?), and yeah, more FOOD.

just whatever. smiggle. FOODISM. school stuffs, stationary. what i need, you name it.

and now i am filthy from the city, and tired from all that walking and shopping. sigh~ and it's time to wash my clothes and eat. THEN study for STATS. gosh i'm tired, and i gotta do my packing! oh NO! i have told you that i'm spreading my wings to MELB right? in fact these are my last moments in perth. that's why i gotta shop till i drop. plenty of time to rest later, and not in jakarta when i fly back on the 28th, oh NO! it's when i reach melbourne and finish settling down. got ALOT of things to do, now and when i get home!
PS: KMART! THAT'S, for those of you who don't know, is the place to get lotsa cheap, quite good-quality stuffs. i usually shop for books there (dang cheap!), maybe a cardigan or two? ;p
